If you’d like to find out about becoming a gestational surrogate with Brown Fertility, or you’re a prospective parent who wants information on Florida surrogacy look no further.
Brown Fertility has worked with hundreds of gestational surrogates since its inception. Choosing a surrogate is a very personal decision and there are many factors that should be considered as the family building process starts. With our comprehensive program, our team focuses on matching the highest quality surrogates with intended parents while providing stellar, compassionate care.
Surrogacy laws differ from state to state. In Florida, a gestational surrogate carries a child conceived through IVF using an egg from a donor or the intended mother. This means the child will not be genetically related to the gestational surrogate. In addition, our program keeps the gestational surrogate anonymous, unless you are carrying for someone you know.
To qualify for becoming a gestational surrogate, we are looking for those who are:
- 21 to 44 years old
- Delivered at least one healthy baby
- A healthy non-smoker
- Willing to undergo medical testing and psychological evaluations for both for herself and her partner, if applicable
