A nationally respected specialist in minimally invasive surgery and robotic laparoscopy, Dr. Casella is widely recognized for his expertise in treating gynecologic and infertility patients with precision, innovation, and compassion. As a bilingual physician, he is also able to provide care to a broader and more diverse patient community throughout Central Florida.
Board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Casella has served in numerous healthcare leadership roles throughout Central Florida. His distinguished career includes serving as Chairman of Hospital-Based Surgical Services and President of the Osceola County Medical Society.

Dr. Casella has been married for 45 years to his high school sweetheart, and together they have four adult children and two grandchildren. Outside of medicine, he enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, karaoke, and spending time with his family.
