Lauren Hilado is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in reproductive and fertility care at Brown Fertility.
Originally from Michigan, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. She began her healthcare career as a registered nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, where she developed a strong clinical foundation caring for patients with complex medical needs. Lauren later earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan–Flint.
Lauren is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their fertility journey with confidence and compassion. She combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized approach to care, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and heard throughout every step of treatment. She works closely with patients to develop individualized care plans, provide education, and help them achieve their family-building goals.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She also loves reading, listening to country music, and trying new restaurants with family and friends.
